You need to communicate with your clients how THEY communicate best! How you communicate with your Type A – analytical brides and your Type B – creative dreamer brides are absolutely different… And it should be different!

While using CRMs for onboarding, offboarding, and sending questionnaires is a great idea, the key is to communicate with clients in the way they prefer. One size does not fit all when it comes to communication styles!
